Of course we all know these kinds of dogs working on airports or major train stations. In most cases these dogs are nowadays trained to detect explosive material like :

  • Dynamite
  • C4
  • Semtex
  • Etc.

In other cases these dogs can work for the police dog handler as narcotics detection or sniffer dog and detect different kinds of narcotics, like weed.

K9 sniffer units are active for Government or Security agencies worldwide. For outsiders it is not always clear of what the sniffer dogs will or can smell or what they are able to find.
